My name is Noemi Rodriguez, and I was raised in Houston, Texas, but now proudly call San Antonio home. I joined LeafSpring School in 2022 as a Pre-K teacher and now serve as the Director of Village Curriculum. My journey in Early Childhood Education began in high school as a kindergarten assistant teacher, where I quickly discovered my passion for working with children and supporting families—a calling I have continued to return to throughout the years. I am deeply passionate about teaching young minds and empowering the lives of others, and as a director, it is truly a privilege to lead, mentor, and support educators in their growth and success (with a little creativity and quirkiness along the way). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, indulging in self-care, and staying grounded through personal reflection and community involvement. I share life with my significant other and our dog Luna.
